“Unfortunately, today we are living in a less eco-friendly environment, hence active and healthy lifestyle is necessary. As a para-athlete, I am always eager to promote healthy and energetic lifestyle. To me the sunrise, movement, healthy diet and sleep as well as drinking a lot of water constitute a healthy rhythm. Water is the main element of our world and human body. My every day starts and ends with water.
My main rule – water in unconditionally my favorite when it comes to recovering the strength during championships, I drink 2-3 liters of water.”
