The Tbilisi State Concert Hall has greatly contributed to the development of national musical culture. The building was opened in 1971 in the center of Tbilisi. The project of Philharmonic Hall was designed by the architect Ivane Chkhenkeli, and the author of the monumental statue of a Muse installed in front of the building is Merab Berdzenishvili.
