Continuously thinking about healthy food, which is beneficial, tasty and dietary at the same time can be quite tiring and hard. However, if you know exactly which products are helpful for your organism and boost your metabolism, life becomes much easier. Today we will introduce several products that enhance metabolism and improve mood as well. Their mystery lies in the hormone called serotonin, which controls our emotions, mood and appetite and at the same time has an anti-inflammatory and anti-stress effect.
Lentils have amino acid tryptophan in it, which helps to stabilize the psycho-emotional state. Moreover, lentils have a positive impact on functioning of the digestive and cardiovascular systems.

Cottage cheese is the product that positively affects the process of exchanging energies in hypothalamus that increases the vital tone of the body. Thus, you can boost your mood if you systematically take cottage cheese.

Unpasteurized cheese contains very important amino acids - tyrosine and tryptophan that play an important role in the production of serotonin.

Sea products: various sea creatures contain high levels of phosphorus and omega-3 fatty acids, therefore thanks to the antioxidants, the blood flow to the brain improves.

Almond is one of my favorite nuts. Only one grain consists of vitamin B2, E and a high concentration of magnesium and zinc. All of these substances, in turn, are important for maintaining the body's mental tone and have a positive effect on our mood.

Dark chocolate: besides being amazingly delicious and aromatic, chocolate has one brilliant feature too: as soon as it's consumed, our body produces a large amount of serotonin in response. However, maintaining moderation is still recommended: Don't eat more than 30 grams a day because the body shape needs attention too.
